• •All data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with encryption in transit and at rest.
• •Passwords are hashed with bcrypt at cost factor 12.
• •Session tokens are short-lived and rotated; sessions expire after 7 days of active use or 72 hours of inactivity.
• •We apply the principle of least privilege — our team only accesses data to resolve support or security issues.
